Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • ½ cucumber finely grated
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • salt & pepper
  • lemon juice to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese, olive oil, and grated cucumber and mix until smooth.
  • Add the minced garlic and dill.
  • Mix again and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
