Italian sausages (salsiccia)

canned chickpeas
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toast the baguette until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Peel and mince the garlic.
Cut the baguette into bite-sized pieces.
In the baking dish, combine the tomatoes, garlic, and baguette pieces. Add a splash of water and toss to combine.
Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Add the chickpeas to the baking dish and mix well. Arrange the sausage pieces on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
