In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, yogurt, milk, and oil until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin liners. Sprinkle with a few extra oats.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Your muffins are ready once a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
