Instructions
Peel and finely dice the garlic and onion.
In a bowl, combine the garlic, onion, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the schnitzel in a shallow dish and coat all sides with the marinade. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Grill the mustard-marinated schnitzel for about 3 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
