Mustard-Marinated Schnitzel

Ingredients
  

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 5 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup oil
  • salt and pepper
  • lb pork schnitzel cutlets

Instructions
 

  • Peel and finely dice the garlic and onion.
  • In a bowl, combine the garlic, onion, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the schnitzel in a shallow dish and coat all sides with the marinade. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Grill the mustard-marinated schnitzel for about 3 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
