kefir
room temperature

olive oil
plus more for cooking

tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add the kefir and olive oil. Knead everything with your hands until a smooth dough forms.
Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape them into balls.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball until they are about ⅛ inch thick.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add some oil.
Cook each flatbread individually for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown spots appear and the dough puffs up.
After baking, sprinkle the flatbreads with chopped parsley or other herbs to taste.
