Instructions
Blanch the ears of corn in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Trim the ends, then slice each cob lengthwise into 1¼-inch thick strips.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, mix the butter with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to make the marinade.
Toss the corn in the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook the corn in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Turn it over halfway through.
Serve the corn ribs with chopped parsley and a tasty dip.
Notes
You can also cook corn ribs on the grill or in the air fryer. Simply reduce the cooking time by 10-15 minutes.
