Corn Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 5 tbsp (vegan) Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • cup parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Blanch the ears of corn in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  • Trim the ends, then slice each cob lengthwise into 1¼-inch thick strips.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, mix the butter with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to make the marinade.
  • Toss the corn in the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Cook the corn in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Turn it over halfway through.
  • Serve the corn ribs with chopped parsley and a tasty dip.

Notes

You can also cook corn ribs on the grill or in the air fryer.  Simply reduce the cooking time by 10-15 minutes.
