Grilled Corn Ribs: Finger Food Perfection

Everyone has their tried and true method, but today we are asking you to venture off course, however slightly. Our corn ribs are an ingenious creation that adds a whole new flavor to any celebration or barbecue. You’d be remiss to not try them!
Plus, prepping them is relatively easy and quick. If you follow our recipe closely, you’ll be enjoying these crispy corn ribs in half an hour. Really, the hardest part about making them is cutting the corn cobs. It’s worth having a sharp knife on hand. But, with the proper equipment you’ll be just fine. Once ready, you can nibble on our corn ribs as finger food, or enjoy them as great side dish, or a delicious appetizer. From the barbecue to the cookout to the weeknight dinner, these corn ribs are golden! Literally.

Corn Ribs
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 3 tbsp margarine
- 5 tbsp (vegan) Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ⅓ cup parsley chopped
Instructions
- Blanch the ears of corn in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Trim the ends, then slice each cob lengthwise into 1¼-inch thick strips.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix the butter with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Toss the corn in the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook the corn in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Turn it over halfway through.
- Serve the corn ribs with chopped parsley and a tasty dip.
