Cilantro-Chili Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash, dry, and finely chop the cilantro. Peel the garlic and mince it using a garlic press. Finely chop the chili pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix the cilantro, chili pepper, garlic, salt, and lime juice with the softened butter.
  • Stir everything well until the butter is uniform.
  • Shape the butter into a log or place it in a small container. Let it firm up in the refrigerator.
