Instructions
Wash, dry, and finely chop the cilantro. Peel the garlic and mince it using a garlic press. Finely chop the chili pepper.
In a bowl, mix the cilantro, chili pepper, garlic, salt, and lime juice with the softened butter.
Stir everything well until the butter is uniform.
Shape the butter into a log or place it in a small container. Let it firm up in the refrigerator.
