Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form small mounds of dough and place them on the baking sheet. Gently flatten them.
Bake for about 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool slightly and then enjoy with jam or yogurt. Stored in an airtight container and the cookies will keep for about a week.
