Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and eggs.
Peel the banana. Roughly mash it with a fork, then add to the yogurt mixture.
Mix in the flour, baking powder, rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla bean seeds, and salt into the yogurt mixture. Finally, fold in the fresh blueberries.
Line a muffin tin with paper liners and divide the batter evenly among the liners. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes.
Notes
For even more flavor, you can add dark chocolate chips to the batter.
