bacon or soy-bacon
butter
for greasing and frying

beaten
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350°F.
Peel the potatoes, slice them, and parboil for 10 minutes.
As the potatoes boil, grate the Parmesan. In a bowl, mix it with the heavy cream and the beaten egg. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Peel and chop the onion. Fry together with the bacon.
Grease a casserole dish and add the potatoes. Sprinkle the onions and bacon over top. Mix well.
Pour the cream sauce over the casserole. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
