Oatmeal Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¾ cups rolled Oats
  • 1 ¼ cups low-fat Skyr
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  • With damp hands, shape the dough into 8 small rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the oatmeal rolls for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
