Oatmeal Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups rolled Oats
- 1 ¼ cups low-fat Skyr
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- With damp hands, shape the dough into 8 small rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the oatmeal rolls for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
