Air Fryer Baked Feta Pasta
Equipment
- 1 Air fryer
Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 8 oz feta cheese
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence dried
- 1 boy (12 oz) spaghetti
- 2 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
Instructions
- Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel and mince the garlic using a garlic press.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or a suitable silicone mold. Place the feta in the center and arrange the tomatoes around it. Add the garlic, olive oil, salt, and dried herbs.
- Bake at 400°F for about 12 minutes, until the feta is soft and lightly browned.
- While the feta bakes, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
- Transfer the cooked pasta to a large bowl. Mash the baked feta with a fork and thoroughly combine the contents of the air fryer basket with the pasta.
- Divvy up between 4 plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
