Air Fryer Baked Feta Pasta

  • 1 Air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence dried
  • 1 boy (12 oz) spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel and mince the garlic using a garlic press.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or a suitable silicone mold. Place the feta in the center and arrange the tomatoes around it. Add the garlic, olive oil, salt, and dried herbs.
  • Bake at 400°F for about 12 minutes, until the feta is soft and lightly browned.
  • While the feta bakes, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
  • Transfer the cooked pasta to a large bowl. Mash the baked feta with a fork and thoroughly combine the contents of the air fryer basket with the pasta.
  • Divvy up between 4 plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
