Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel and mince the garlic using a garlic press.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or a suitable silicone mold. Place the feta in the center and arrange the tomatoes around it. Add the garlic, olive oil, salt, and dried herbs.
Bake at 400°F for about 12 minutes, until the feta is soft and lightly browned.
While the feta bakes, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
Transfer the cooked pasta to a large bowl. Mash the baked feta with a fork and thoroughly combine the contents of the air fryer basket with the pasta.
Divvy up between 4 plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
