Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 mini-burger buns
  • toppings of your choice e.g., cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles
  • sauces of your choice e.g., ketchup, mayo, BBQ sauce

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the onion and garlic and set in a bowl.
  • Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Knead the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Form small burger patties from the meat mixture.
  • Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat and cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, until they have a nice crust and are cooked through.
  • While the patties are cooking, you can slice the mini burger buns and toast them if desired.
  • Once the patties are done, place them on the buns and garnish with your favorite toppings and sauces.
