First, toast the bread and cut each slice into into four equal pieces.
Then, cube the watermelon. They should be the same size as the bread pieces. Remove any seeds, if necessary.
Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
Drain the feta, set aside about ¼ of a block, and cut the rest into cubes.
Now top each piece of toast with a cucumber slice. Add a feta cube and a piece of watermelon on top.
Crumble the remaining feta with your fingers and sprinkle evenly over the watermelon. Finally, season pepper and garnish with some fresh mint.
Stick a small wooden skewer into each bite to keep them from falling apart.
