Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Add to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the melted dark chocolate.
Dice the strawberries and gently fold them into the batter.
Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan.
Drizzle the chocolate glaze over the cooled cake. Arrange sliced strawberries and mint leaves on top.
