room temperature butter

chili flakes
salt & pink peppercorns
Instructions
Wash the basil and chives, pluck the basil leaves, and finely chop both herbs. Wash the limes with hot water, dry them, and grate about 1 tsp of zest.
Cut the limes and squeeze out about 2 tbsp of juice.
Combine the butter with the basil, chives, lime zest, and lime juice, and season to taste with chili flakes, salt, and pink peppercorns.
Let the butter firm up in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
