Instructions
Cut the fish fillet into 1¼-inch wide strips and season with some lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Next, coat the fish in flour, then in the whisked eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the breaded fish fillets until golden brown on all sides. Be careful, the oil may splatter!
Drain the homemade fish sticks on paper towels.
