Grilled Watermelon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small watermelon about 2¾ lb
  • neutral oil optional
  • 1 package feta cheese
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon into triangles and place them on the grill. Optionally, you can brush them with some neutral oil beforehand.
  • After 7-10 minutes, turn the watermelon slices and continue grilling them on the other side for 5 minutes.
  • Crumble the feta and spread it on the grilled watermelon before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
