Puree the cilantro, mint, ¾ of the cucumber, kiwis, and jalapeños together with the agave nectar. Strain through a sieve and briefly refrigerate.
Slice the remaining cucumber.
Halve the limes. Slice one half into rounds and juice the other.
Garnish the glasses by rubbing the rim with some lime juice and then dipping it in a mixture of salt and chili powder.
Evenly split the lime and cucumber slices among the glasses and gently muddle.
Fill the glasses with ice cubes and top with the green juice, tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice.
Garnish your green margarita with cucumber slices and fresh mint.
