Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Drain the peach slices.
In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, a pinch of salt, and eggs with a mixer for about 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and lemon zest. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Grease a springform pan and pour in the batter evenly. Arrange the peach slices on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
