Instructions
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet. Fry the gnocchi over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips. Peel the garlic clove and grate it finely.
In a bowl, combine the yogurt with mustard, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, pepper, and the remaining olive oil to make the dish's creamy dressing.
Mix the dressing with the cucumbers and onions.
Spread the still-warm gnocchi on top and serve the salad immediately.
