Cut the crusts from the bread. Place the bread slices next to each other on cling wrap in rows of three to form a perfect square. They should overlap a bit. Gently roll the bread square flat with a rolling pin.
Spread mayonnaise over the bread. On the bottom quarter of the square, add the shredded chicken breast. Above the chicken, on the second quarter, add the ham. Next, place the cheddar and bacon directly on top of the ham, followed by a few dollops of mustard.
Using the cling wrap for help, tightly roll up the bread.
Free the roll from the cling wrap and cut it in half. Heat some oil in a pan and grill until golden on all sides.
