For the batter:

all-purpose flour

very ripe bananas
(about 1 cup mashed)

cup
sugar
½
cup
softened butter

large eggs

vanilla extract

sweetened condensed milk
For the glaze:
1
cup
sugar
2-3
tbsp
milk
1
tbsp
lemon juice
1
tsp
lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
Mash bananas and set aside.
In a bowl, cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and condensed milk.
Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
Whisk glaze ingredients together and pour over the cooled cake.
Notes
If the batter is too dry, modify it with a little more butter.
