In a large bowl, cream together the oil, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract using a hand mixer. Gradually add the eggs, flour, cornstarch, almonds, and baking powder. Mix until smooth. Stir in the amaretto until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely before inverting it onto a serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.
