  • Air fryer parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet pre-made puff pastry refrigerated
  • 1 egg for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Unroll the puff pastry and using a knife, carefully cut the sheet into four equal triangles.
  • Roll up the triangles from the wide end to the narrow end to create the classic croissant shape. Make sure to slightly wrap the ends as well.
  • Place the croissants with some space between them in the air fryer basket on a piece of parchment paper. Brush them with a little beaten egg for a shiny surface.
  • Set the air fryer to 320°F and bake the croissants for about 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove the croissants from the air fryer and let them cool briefly before serving.
