Unroll the puff pastry and using a knife, carefully cut the sheet into four equal triangles.
Roll up the triangles from the wide end to the narrow end to create the classic croissant shape. Make sure to slightly wrap the ends as well.
Place the croissants with some space between them in the air fryer basket on a piece of parchment paper. Brush them with a little beaten egg for a shiny surface.
Set the air fryer to 320°F and bake the croissants for about 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the croissants from the air fryer and let them cool briefly before serving.
