Air Fryer Baked Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 2⅛ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • cups water or milk
  • 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sugar
  • frozen fruit optional
  • chopped nuts optional
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or container, combine the oats with the water and your choice of sweetener. Mix well. Refrigerate and let the mixture soak overnight.
  • The next morning, fold in the fruit and/or nuts. Season with a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • Pour the oat mixture into a suitable air fryer-safe container and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until set and slightly crispy.
