Bananas Foster

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 shot rum
- vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Cut the banana into slices.
- Place the brown sugar into a pan and heat until it is completely melted. Add the butter to the pan and mix well.
- Now add the sliced banana along with a shot of rum. Light the end of a skewer and carefully ignite the ingredients in the pan.
- To serve, pour the contents of the pan over a plate or bowl of vanilla ice cream.
