- 1/4 watermelon
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
Take 1/4 of a watermelon, and cut off the ends. Cut the remaining melon into six thick slices and lay them flat.
Put a bit of lime juice into a small bowl and using a brush, apply the juice to one side of your watermelon slices. Next, add a coat of olive oil. Flip the slices over and follow the same procedure.
Sprinkle a bit of salt (to taste) and place the watermelon on the grill, cooking for three minutes on both sides.
Before serving, add another splash of lime juice and garnish with cilantro.
