Spaghetti Ice Cream
A delicious dessert that looks like spaghetti with tomato sauce but is actually made of vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce.

- Potato Ricer
Ingredients
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 4 oz strawberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- white chocolate for grating on top
Instructions
- Boil down the strawberries, sugar, and water in a pot. Purée the mixture and place it in the refrigerator to cool.
- Put the vanilla ice cream through a potato ricer, allowing it to fall onto the plate. Let the ice cream soften slightly if needed.
- Pour the cooled strawberry sauce over the vanilla ice cream.
- Grate white chocolate on top of the ice cream. Serve immediately.
