- 1 diced onion
- 1 package cubed ham
- 2 diced tomatoes
- shredded cheese
- 5 eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
Distribute the diced onions, tomatoes, and ham into your muffin pan. Then add the shredded cheese of your choice.
Add 5 eggs to a bowl with a dash of salt and pepper and beat well.
Pour the eggs over the other ingredients in the muffin pan, making sure to leave some space at the top.
Place the muffin pan on the middle rack in a preheated oven. Bake for around 15 minutes at 400°F or until golden brown.
Let your mini omelets cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
