Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and puree the diced onions, paprika, and mineral water until smooth. Coat the seasoned pork chops in the marinade, place the marinated pork chops in a large bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Boil the peeled potatoes in lightly salted water over medium heat and drain the water. Add the heavy cream, softened butter, salt, and nutmeg to the boiled potatoes and mash until smooth.
Grease a sheet pan with sunflower oil and sprinkle an even layer of bread crumbs on top. Spread the mashed potatoes over the greased & breaded sheet pan and smooth out the top. Cut the head of cabbage into 6 thick slices and place the cabbage steaks on top of the mashed potatoes.
Top each cabbage steak with a marinated pork chop, 2 tomato slices, and 1-2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese. Transfer the sheet pan to a preheated oven and cook at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Garnish the marinated pork chop cabbage steaks with parsley before serving.
