So today we're making Nutella balls to pop in a cake PLUS we're frying up some Nutella cake balls that are practically bursting with ooey, gooey goodness. If you're a chocoholic, look no further!
Spoon the Nutella into the round molds of an ice cube tray and freeze.Preheat the oven to 350°F. Beat the egg whites with the sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil until frothy, then carefully fold in the flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.Remove the ice cube tray from the freezer, pop the Nutella balls out of the molds, and roll them in cocoa powder.Use a fork to press the Nutella balls into the batter in the springform pan. Bake the cake for 40 minutes, let cool, and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
