shredded cheddar cheese & sliced scallions to garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F and combine all the ingredients for the beef bowls. Divide the ground beef mixture between 2 small, greased springform pans and press a greased glass jar into each springform pan to create a deep hollow.
Combine all the ingredients for the chili and divide it between the 2 glass jars.
Put the springform pans with the glass jars in the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 325°F. For crispier beef bowls, brush a bit of olive oil over the beef and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 400°F without the glass jars.
Afterwards, pour the cooked chili into the hollows in the beef bowls and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced scallions.
