Sausage Egg Flower

Ingredients
- 5 slices summer sausage
- 1 egg
- fresh herbs
Instructions
- Use a shot glass to cut out a crescent moon from each piece of summer sausage.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and arrange the 5 crescent moon slices in the shape of a flower in the center of the pan. Crack an egg into the middle of the sausage flower and cook until the egg reaches the desired consistency.
- Use fresh herbs to create a flower stem at the bottom of the sausage egg flower.
