Stuffed Crust Cheeseburger Pizza
Our delicious burger pizza with hot dog bites, a cheesy stuffed crust, and a yummy homemade sauce will let you enjoy all of your favorite comfort foods at once!

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1.25 cups lukewarm water
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup ketchup
- 0.25 cup relish
- 16 oz block of Swiss cheese
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 hot dogs, chopped
- 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 whisked egg for the egg wash
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
- Combine the ingredients for the pizza dough and knead until smooth. Form the dough into a ball and place it inside a bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let sit in a warm place for 1 hour.
- After the dough has risen, roll it out and place it in a greased 16 x 12 x 2-inch pan so that the dough hangs over the edges.
- Cut the block of Swiss cheese into thick, even strips and place them along the inner edges of the pan. Fold the overlapping dough over the cheese and tuck it under.
- Combine the ingredients for the burger sauce and spread it over the dough in the pan, leaving the stuffed crust uncovered.
- Combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and press the mixture into a greased pan that's slightly smaller than the pizza pan. Cut the hot dogs into small pieces and push them into the ground beef. Transfer the pan to a preheated oven and cook at 400°F for 6 minutes.
- Once the burger sheet has cooled, place it on top of the portion of dough in the pizza pan that's covered with burger sauce – it should fit perfectly inside the stuffed crust.
- Mix the shredded mozzarella cheese and shredded cheddar cheese together and sprinkle it over the burger sheet. Brush the egg wash over the stuffed crust and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Transfer the pan to the oven and cook at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- Garnish the stuffed crust cheeseburger pizza with lettuce, pickles, onions, and burger sauce.
