Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare the bread using the above ingredients. Knead the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl and cover with a towel, and let it sit in a warm place for 1 hour.
Once the dough has nearly doubled in size, knead it again on a floured work space. Grease and flour a loaf pan, place the dough inside, and let it sit for another 15 minutes.
Brush the dough with cream and bake the bread loaf for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove the bread from the oven and leave the oven on for later.
Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the vegetables. Season everything with salt and pepper and a dollop of honey. Pour the vegetables into a bowl and set aside for now.
Brown the ground beef in the same pan and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the tomato puree and bring to a simmer.
Cut a lid off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside.
Fill the bread boat with the following layers: Swiss cheese, vegetables, meat, vegetables, and finally Swiss cheese.
Place the lid back on the loaf and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Put the bread back in the oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
