Ingredients
  

  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 100 g Butter
  • 200 g Spinach creamed
  • 8 Eggs fried
  • 10 g Salt
  • 5 g Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Mash them with milk and butter until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the creamed spinach in a casserole dish. Layer the mashed potatoes on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
  • Fry the eggs and place them on top of the baked casserole. Serve hot.
