The name may sound intimidating, but you'll soon discover that these bad boys are soft souls at heart, with a spicy kick in the center that'll have you warming up to them in no time. From the smoky bacon around the outside to the creamy, cheesy center, these burgers not only look great, they taste great too. Anyone able to resist these temptations will definitely be missing out on the BBQ hit of the summer!
Shape the ground beef into 2 balls and create a deep well in each of them by pressing a beer or soda can in the center. Wrap 4 slices of bacon each around the outside of both patties and then carefully remove the can.
For the cheesy filling, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and jalapeños and spoon the mixture into the wells in the patties.
Slice the onion into 4 thick rings and wrap a slice of bacon around each onion ring.
Grill everything over indirect heat at 325°F for 20-25 minutes.
