Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

  • 10-inch springform

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cups Nutella

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract into a dough. Now add the chocolate chips and knead thoroughly.
  • Break up half the dough and use it to line the bottom of the springform. Press the dough in and pull the edges slightly upwards.
  • Heat up the Nutella and use it to fill the crust to the top of the raised edges.
  • Break up the rest of the dough and place it on top of the Nutella filling. Bake for 40 minutes at 340 °F.
