Spaghetti Cakes

For those of you who always wanted to eat spaghetti with your hands, then this is the recipe for you. Fork and spoon can stay in the drawer.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 2 oz bacon
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tsp parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 4 tsp breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti in salt water, strain it, and return the noodles to the pot.
  • Add the cream, bacon, 1/4 cup parmesan, pepper, egg, and parsley to the spaghetti. Mix the ingredients together on low heat until the cream and egg begin to bind.
  • Use a fork and spoon to twist the spaghetti into six large portions and transfer each portion to a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the spaghetti cakes with breadcrumbs and parmesan and bake for 15 minutes at 390 °F.

Notes

If you fear that the spaghetti might not stay together in the oven, feel free to use a muffin tray. There you have it: a tasty treat, right in the palm of your hand. Enjoy!
