Ingredients
  

  • 1 ready-made pizza dough sheet (round)
  • 100 g pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 70 g cooked broccoli
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 100 g fresh mozzarella, in slices
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions
 

  • Roll out the pizza dough and cover half with pepperoni slices. Sprinkle on the shredded cheese.
  • Scramble the eggs, mix with parsley and pour half of the mixture over the cheese. Add the broccoli, tomatoes, and bell pepper, followed by the mozzarella slices. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Fold the empty side of the dough over the fillings and seal the edges together with a fork, forming a crescent-shaped pocket. Gently perforate the dough with your fork and then coat with the remaining egg mixture.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 390 °F.
