Ingredients
  

  • 2 red apples
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 1/2 cups cider
  • 2 1/2 cups white wine

Instructions
 

  • Wash and core the apples and cut into cubes.
  • Heat the sugar in a pot until it caramelizes. Careful that it does not start to burn!
  • Add the water to the pot and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and let cool.
  • Place the apples into the bottom of a pitcher. Pour in the sugary syrup followed by the cider and white wine. Mix well and refrigerate before serving.
