Instructions
Wash and core the apples and cut into cubes.
Heat the sugar in a pot until it caramelizes. Careful that it does not start to burn!
Add the water to the pot and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and let cool.
Place the apples into the bottom of a pitcher. Pour in the sugary syrup followed by the cider and white wine. Mix well and refrigerate before serving.
