Mac and Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 7 oz yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 9 oz cooked macaroni noodles
  • 3 oz shredded cheese
  • oil for the pan

Instructions
 

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a second bowl, mix the yogurt, egg, melted butter, and water thoroughly. Pour the dry ingredients from the first bowl into the yogurt mix, and mix until smooth.
  • Now fold the macaroni noodles along with the cheese into the batter.
  • Finally, spoon the macaroni batter into a heated frying pan, shape into a circle, and cook until golden.
