Walnut-Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 10 walnuts
- 2 cups plant-based milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and then blend until creamy.
- If your smoothie is too thick, add a little more plant-based milk and blend again.
