TIRAMISU OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup plant-based milk
- ⅓ cup espresso
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅔ cup plant-based yogurt
- 1 ½ cups plant-based Skyr (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder
- Granola, for decoration
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, mix the oats, plant-based milk, espresso, and cinnamon well. Divide the mixture between two glasses.
- In a seprate bowl cream both yogurts and vanilla extract together.
- Pour the cream on top of the oat mixture and sift a thin layer of cocoa powder over it.
- As the name suggests, let the oats soak in the fridge overnight.
- Before serving the next morning, dust your tiramisu overnight oats with a second layer of cocoa powder for that dessert effect. Enjoy!
