3 Sweet & Savory Sandwiches On A Stick

Sandwiches are perfect for a snack, meal, or treat, and while they're usually served cold, you haven't lived until you've had a warm, toasted sandwich! With these 3 recipes, you can experience everything that a hot melt has to offer, in both sweet and savory versions.

Recipe #1

You'll Need:

  • 6 bread rolls
  • 6 popsicle sticks
  • sandwich maker
  • 2 pieces of milk chocolate
  • 2 strawberries
  • ¼ banana

Here's How:

1.1 Cut two bread rolls in half and grate the milk chocolate pieces over the top of each half. Then stick a popsicle stick on two of the halves. 

1.2 Slice the strawberries and banana and place on the two halves with popsicle sticks.

1.3 Place the plain halves on top of the halves with sticks and toast them in the sandwich maker.

Recipe #2

You'll Need:

  • 6 bread rolls
  • 6 popsicle sticks
  • sandwich maker
  • butter
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 cherry tomatoes

Here's How:

2.1 Cut two bread rolls in half, butter two of the halves, and place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham on top of the buttered pieces. 

2.2 Slice the cherry tomatoes, place them on top of the ham, and cover them with a slice of cheese.

2.3 Stick a popsicle stick on two of the halves, close the sandwiches, and toast them in the sandwich maker.

Recipe #3

You'll Need:

  • 6 bread rolls
  • 6 popsicle sticks
  • sandwich maker
  • 1 onion
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 pieces of camembert

Here's How:

3.1 Cut the onion into slices and toast them together with the bacon on the open sandwich maker until crispy.

3.2 Cut two bread rolls in half and place two thick slices of Camembert on two of the halves. Then stick a popsicle stick on top of the cheese slices. 

3.3 Evenly spread the caramelized onions and bacon on top of the Camembert and popsicle sticks, close the rolls, and toast them in the sandwich maker.
