  • Muffin pan

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 2.5 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Using a fork, mash the potatoes in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a six-cup muffin pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 390 °F.
